Back On Track

Good Afternoon,

I think we just might have a full week of school. It is a challenge to get kids back on track and caught up on all that we have missed.

Elementary Music

We are finishing up our unit on hand bells and boom whackers. Your student has learned how to play a melody, keep rhythm and recognize notes on a basic scale. We have had SO much fun.

Next week we will introduce our spring musical. Please stay posted for audition dates for upper elementary. I can't believe it is time to start our spring music!!

Middle/High Choir

We have finished up our theory unit. Your student learned to sight read as well as recognize a note when it is played on the C Major scale. We have begun to familiarize ourselves with our spring music.  I am excited to announce that we will be performing songs from The Greatest Showman!!! My choir kids are very excited and already working tirelessly to learn their parts.

7th Grade Bible

There are so many lessons that we learn from Solomon! We have studied why he was so wise. We are discussing why it is so important to head the wisdom of the Bible and those that are older than us.

After Care

Things are going extremely well in after care. You will notice some new faces as we have added two new employee's.  Regina Cole and Elizabeth Cole with be starting this week.  Please be sure to introduce yourself to them and do not be offended if they ask for your ID while learning who you are and who your children are. Safety is always our greatest concern.
